General Comments

It seems I have been subjected to the flip side of Cyclestore.co.uk as their service has been at direct opposite to the two previous reviews posted. I placed an order for a couple of Armadillo tyres. Although the delivery was fairly swift the items turned out to be incorrect as they were the standard and not Armadillo type of tyres. Anyone with a modicum of cycling knowledge would know the difference between the two is quite evident. I contacted cyclestore by email who gave me a vague reply that the items were sent a day ago, (no mention if it was the original or a replacement order) Since then I have been trying to contact them via phone and it is CONSTANTLY engaged whenever I try in the given contact times, and just rings any other time. The store itself seemed little help in attempting to resolve matters and I would suggest that if you get what you order then fine, if not then caveat emptor.
