Bad Points

Email service always going wrong for me, and internet service constantly being disconnected. Despite having a drop-down option in your account area to cancel your account, when you try to do this, the option won't work for me, instead telling me to ring the 60p a minute helpline.


General Comments

I do not recommend breathe.com provider. Also, just remember that if you wish to cancel your account from them, and you are told to ring the 60p a minute phone line, rather than cancel online, DON'T! There is nothing in the contract saying that you have to pay to leave them, which is what you are doing by being forced to ring their extortionate phone line. Just cancel your debit/credit card if you need to, and get a new one.
