Good Points

I think Pontins entertainment is a lot better than Haven and I've only ever been to Haven. The staff were friendly and helpful, the blue coats are very good with the kids so overall the entertainment is fab.


Bad Points

Well what can I say, it looked to us like a right mess when we arrived. The windows were dirty, we thought the chalets were absolutely minging. We had a broken sofa bed, we had mould in the shower all up the curtains, the balcony looked to us like it'd never been swept or cleaned with the seagulls poo all over it. We had to complain and we got full refund, and got to stay there for free, and 200 pound off a holiday at Christmas time so was happy bout that, but I think they really need to employ better cleaners and get some proper air conditioning in the clubhouse, as in the summer it's too hot. So I'd advise people to go gold if they want a nice clean apartment as I've seen the gold ones and there lovely and are still cheap, lol.


General Comments
