Wished I had used these years ago. As a 'mouth breather' and a snorer I felt offended when my husband suggested I use them. I have small nostrils but they worked so well. I will use them for ever now! They are comfortable to wear.
Bad Points
Not really a bad point, but be careful when removing them.
General Comments
I would not hesitate in recommending the Breathe Right Nasal Strips. It is probably vanity that stops people admitting that they need some help sometimes. Get over it and give yourself - and your partner a decent nights sleep!!
