General Comments
Although we canceled our contract with toucan in December 2007 and paid our final bill in January we have recently been sent bills and been threatened with debt collectors for unpaid bills supposedly accrued over that last 7 months.
Toucan are trying to claim they have continued supplying broadband to our address even though we have been with an llu service in that time.
I do not recommend this broadband internet provider.
