Good selection of phones
Funky modern well designed stores designed to get you in.
Bad Points
* Cancelled direct debits despite available funds
* Online payment not taken despite available funds
* No information on website regarding termination or cancellation of contract
* Online bill not updated when bill had been paid 6 DAYS previously.
* discussed cancelling contract as I was so displeased (9 months into 18 month contract) was told would have to pay, so I said I would think about it. Rang 5 days later; HAVE BEEN CHARGED £363.83 for contract which I DISCUSSED cancelling.
* o2 said that bills/ D/D were responsibility of Carphone warehouse.
General Comments
Will wait until end of contract and will then cancel. Will not use O2 or carphone warehouse ever again either for contract or PAYG or even to buy accessories.
