Bad Points

I thought the staff were rude with us - when inquiring about what to see and do, was told to go and look in pamphlets or see speak to holiday rep - which I didn't have, also had to ask 3 times for a fan in my room and they still didn't provide one. No breeze in the rooms - we baked! Asked for room with a view - given a room with a view of derelict buildings. Couldn't shut the bathroom door. Staff were rude to my party members when they walked through the bar to get back up to the room - we weren't aware that we needed to pay an extra deposit for an outside door key to use for certain hours. Can't use the swimming pool after 5pm!


General Comments

All in all there are much better places to stay - don't go there
