I bought a dress for my holiday and when i went to wear it i saw that the lining was ripped, so i took it straight off and took it back when i got home. Oasis refused to change it as they said the damage was not a manufactures fault and basically thought that i had done it myself which i hadn't. I had the receipt but had taken the label off the dress and i took it back ten days after i had brought it. I ended up writing to them and was told to send the dress away to be examine to which they responded with 'it's accidental damage so therefore we wont refund or exchange the dress' so i have ended up with a dress that cost £90 that i can't wear because it is damaged and Oasis are saying i damaged the dress which i didn't this was how i brought it. So i strongly suggest to everyone that you check all items brought from Oasis as they were not willing to take responsibilty for faulty goods that they sold me, or just don't buy from Oasis at all as the way i got treated was disgraceful.
