Bad Points
Appalling Customer Service. Some of the call centre staff sometimes cannot help. I have no axe to grind over any specific issue, but the outfit is a shambles in all respects.
General Comments
I have banked with Yorkshire for 25 years and would change to First Direct or The Co-op [yes!] if I were not semi-retired. I no longer risk having an overdraft with them and have run in credit for 3 years or so. They are not a reliable partner in business and to have to call Glasgow even on rare occasions leaves me annoyed every time. I should really go elsewhere.
