I don't think there are any good points about 118 247.
Bad Points
Unable to find basic numbers for places, Eg hertz car hire in ireland and still charge for telling you that their computer has no numbers for Hertz!
General Comments
Over the past fews years i have had to use 118247 many times but it is becoming pointless to use them as they never have the right number or give out the wrong one. then I find it myself quicker on the internet.
This stuff is not rocket science,
I don't normally write reviews but the poor service from 118247 is amazing, don't bother using them,
Sending out text message is all very well, but a just want the correct number.
