Please be aware Diamond do not seem to know how much % NCB they give you for each year of driving accident free it seems the computer generates a figure seems to be around 4-5% but they don t know if you agree a voluntary access this is not what you pay it is added to their mandatory and age figures my daughter ticked the 4 or 5 hundred pounds voluntary access which turned out to be £800. They also put you with a company to sort out the repairs and claim if it is not your fault so you dont have to pay the access up front what they dont tell you is that you are entering a finance agreement to pay for your own inflated repairs should they not be able to prove it was the other drivers fault nor do they tell you what the interest is on this finance.
