I found the staff in the store in Cheltenham very helpful and I was glad as I had been looking at Kitchens for 6 weeks and not had the same treatment anywhere else.
The fitters have let us down time and time again and it is week 4 now without a kitchen as it has been started but not finished. Long story but I feel I am being kept in the dark.
Communication and the use of local fitters would be a benefit.
