Good Points

Price was competitive


Bad Points

A fault occurred with appliance , exchange arranged , but model of appliance had changed and store wanted price difference between what i had paid previous year and what new model costs. I am just wanting a fridge same as my old one.


General Comments

After care service up till exchange at the store was exemplary and all departments kept me advised regarding engineers call out etc.
I think it is outrageous that the customer is being penalised for having a faulty fridge. I only want a fridge that works same size same capacity not even looking for same make, but store cannot authorise exchange for this, mainly because of the price difference owing to the fact that i bought the items when there was a mangers special going on and i got 90 pounds discounted on the original price. i would be grateful if someone in complaints dept got back to me .
