nice website, easy ordering
Experienced awful customer service, high price
I have ordered D/Port from Dell website several days ago. The price was the highest I could find over the net (They sell D/Port at $199, while many small merchants offer the same item at $119 or less). I have intentionally bought D/Port from Dell hoping to avoid problems with customer service, warranty etc.
Imagine my surprise when I've got a broken part! It just never turned on! I called customer service and all they would say is return the item and we'll send another one (It took me almost an hour and 4 phone calls to get the right person to talk to).
