Bad Points

Had to queue at desk on arrival, didn't find the desk to be clearly labelled, two other companies using the same desk, the longest queue was with air auto, and only one member of staff on desk, although helpful. Upon returning the car nobody available in car park, telephoned the office and then a seemingly very aggressive and angry female member of staff greeted us, shouting and screaming due to the fact that we returned the car 45 minutes earlier than expected. Thought it was disgraceful, the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
