Fabulous Hotel and staff.

First time in Ibiza: Welcome from Reception, exceptionally friendly. Welcome drink awaited us, whilst the bellboy delivered our cases to our room. The view from our room was of the pool and was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, pillows a little difficult to sleep on I found personally, but I found a way around that, so it wasn't a major problem. The communal areas were highly polished and the cleaning staff very friendly and polite. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. Something for everyone. Waiting staff worked diligently, and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was beautiful and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. Yes, people did get up early, but that happens wherever you go in our experience. There were still plenty to go around. The Thompson Reps were FANTASTIC. Those two girls work so hard to keep the guests entertained and they did! Well done girls. The entertainment each evening was excellent and the bar staff all joined in a routine dance each evening which was very entertaining. Always smiling, they like a joke with the guests and vice versa. No good going to bed before 12 in this hotel as the entertainment takes place around the poolside. It can be very loud, but hey... who cares, when on holiday, there is no work in the morning for the guests to be worrying about getting an early night. Overall we had a fabulous time at Panorama. We didn't venture far outside as I wasn't well before we arrived, so just took it easy and relaxed around the pool all day. Fantastic for recharging the batteries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Thomson Gold! You get what you pay for and it was fantastic value for money in our opinion. Saved £400 by flying out on a Monday as opposed to Sunday, so that was a great saving!

The guests were all very friendly and ranged from teenagers to 80+ and all British. It was just wonderful. Thank you Thomson for a holiday that we thoroughly enjoyed. Have done A La Carte before and that was exceptional too. Once you have done these packages, you will never want to book anything less than this kind of holiday. ENJOY!!
