No telephone banking set up
No online banking set up
Barely a response from our account manager
General Comments
Signed up to business banking for our small business and waited over 10 months for them to send out login details for online banking. No one in the call centres seemed able to talk to us because they said we weren't signed up to telephone banking even though our business account manager insisted we were! Business account manager kept saying she would sort the problems out but here i am nearly a year on and still no service. I will be closing my account this week!
