Relatively high price point if you don't take advantage of the extras that come with the account. Relationship team are good, but you can get same level of advice elsewhere.
General Comments
Very happy with this service so far. Excellent relationship manager, easy access to advice from someone not just tied to Barclays / Woolwich's own products, good range of benefits (esp lounge access now travel policies are getting more restrictive), and access to ten's concierge service (which is fantastic).
