Good Points

Does exactly what I bought it for. Excellent handling on my local single track lanes. Goes and stops as it should. Looks the part.

Bad Points

Riding position makes high speed motorway use a bit of a nightmare. Above 65 mph my open face helmet tries to strangle me......On "off road "pipes it sounds more like a Harley than a Triumph. Lacks the authentic Triumph twin sound.

General Comments

I have owned various "Classic" Triumphs from a 53 Speed Twin to a brand new 85 Bonneville over the last quarter of a century, and can honestly say that my 07 Scrambler is easily the best Triumph I have owned. It looks like a proper motorcycle. Build quality is excellent, performance is better than expected. Handling and braking are more than adequate. Reliability is of the kind that us old time Brit. Bike owners could previously only dream about.
