Very expensive but unreliable, Liebherr service number takes a long time to get through.
Bought our Liebherr WTES1753-20 in August 07. 9 months later we required a total replacement of the internal workings of the wine cooler.
2 months on and again we have a problem, again it is not cooling properly and the alarm keeps going off and apparently it now needs a new circuit board. We have lost all confidence in the product and
Phone calls to Liebherr service take 38 minutes and still I am in a queue. Only way to get through is to ring sales and ask for service this only takes a couple of minutes.
This fridge cost us a lot of money and is supposed to be a premium product!
I now either want a new properly tested wine cooler or my money back otherwise I will start a small claims court action against them!
