Good Points

It's easy to sue and looks OK.


Bad Points

Breaks often. Customer service is poor.


General Comments

Had this Indesit BAN12NF fridge freezer just over a year and have had to call an engineer out three times to rectify the same problem.

Lower freezer compartment freezes over stopping cold air passing through the air ducts causing the fridge compartment to fail.

Customer services is poor, they will not replace faulty fridge freezer. Have to constantly take time off work to accommodate the times when engineer can visit, currently waiting for parts to arrive so fridge can be "repaired".

Stay away from this product.
