In my opinion, Jane Norman is nothing more than market stall tat! They seem to produce the same styles season after season, with just a small twist added or taken away to each 'new' style, like this is enough to qualify it as being 'new in'....indeed! I think they should ditch their trusted templates and ditch their designers. As for their customer service - I feel you can tell a good company from a bad one by how they deal with returns. I bought a coat from Jane Norman - I paid £90 for it but within weeks it was looking like I had had it for 20 years - it was a mess, it would not stop 'bobbling'. For £90 I expected better - certainly to last longer than a few weeks. Unfortunately the Jane Norman employee did not seem to agree with me and told me to 'debobble it'. I then insisted I see a manager of Debenhams (the Jane Norman was in Debenhams) she apparently sniggered at me and came back with what seemed like the Saturday boy. They both told me to debobble it. So I went off myself and managed to contact the most senior manager of the debenhams branch and they totally agreed with me and had the power to override Jane Norman - they apologised and gave me a full refund. I have never shopped at Jane Norman since and I never will shop there again.
