General Comments

- didn't give the correct information about what changes should be made at the property for our offer (e.g. - we asked for new furniture, all we got was MORE of the SAME, awful furniture).
- Didn't have forms ready for me to sign and only bothered to call me 5 minutes before my meeting.. even though we had arranged the meeting in the morning of that same day (about 12 hours before)
- were not clear of due dates for guarantor forms, and then proceeded to call me the day before they were supposed to be in, saying we could lose our holding deposit if they didn't come in............ awful.
- charge a RIDICULOUS amount for admin fees (and I mean, ridiculous.. highest I and anyone I know has seen, and I know a lot of people that haved moved year after year).
- I got locked out of my house a few days after we left.. and they don't hold a key.. even though they don't manage it, every agency should hold a key as loyalty to their customers.
