General Comments

I purchased some items from MK One and asked if they didn't fit if I could have a refund and was told that I could within 14 days. I returned one item within 7 days because the waist of the dress sat above my waist. I was told no refund could be given, but if I contacted head office I could arrange to post the item to them and get a refund plus postage. When I phoned head office they told me that policy had changed and I would have to accept other items in exchange, which I do not want. I will not shop here again due to the incorrect information told to me by their staff and customer services who apparently put the phone down on me.
