Lady and gentleman on the phone acting seemingly quickly and politely - to advise on the situation - and arranging next day delivery - they promised I would get it in time to go on honeymoon - is this true!
General Comments
Apparently delivering an urgent passport - but saying no one was in - there was - and that 'it was an unsafe commune' to post through letter box, which apparently they can do. Not being aware of this delivery attempt and finding out a week later by accident that they had it in their office for a week - from where I could have collected it. It is now the last day to receive my passport before I should be flying off on Honeymoon - it is now 12.40 and I still do not have a passport - I assume therefore £3500 has been wasted- as I have no faith they will deliver and am assuming someone will tick the box 'not in, unsafe commune again'. I live in a house by the way.
