I feel that the stems should have been a normal size as when bought as a special present the buyer would not be aware of the difference in size of stem,and I feel very unhappy about having my special birthday present for only a matter of days.
I had a pair of lovely Emerald and Diamond for my Bithday but the stems of them seemed much shorter than the average and within days I had lost one, the back piece still being almost imbedded in the back of my ear. I have visited the store they were purchased at in order to get one earring ordered but was advised against even buying another pair the same as they showed me how much shorter they were to others and I have an earlobe needing a normal stem.
