Cheap but it shows in lack of customer service


Bad Points

Using Asprea, Using pointless Asprea, using useless Asprea!


General Comments

Will never touch any insurance firm that uses Asprea again as still waiting 5 months down the road for them to fix a leak and repair my ceiling!

    Sympathize with you completely we clear up after Asprea all the time, shocking the amount of damage they do. We are currently working on a house that had a burst tank in the loft, Asprea sent a firm, who sent a firm, who sent a couple of kids with Kangos and they gutted every room in the house back to brick work, the house was left as a shell for 16 weeks before the Policy holder called us. If they haven ' t fixed your lid yet your lucky, Get a local firm and insist upon using them.
