It means i can still have a life and watch what i want when i have the time.
I was initially really annoyed that new customers get a better deal as i had been a loyal customer for many years. It took a lot of emails back and forth before I got them to give me the same deal.
I think Sky+ is an excellent addition to my overall package i had multiroom added as well and the reduction in arguments is worth the extra monthly amount. I have been able to watch programmes that i would have missed because someone else had the control or i had something else planned.
After the initial bad start we agreed a time and date the engineer was a little late but did call to apologise. Everything went smoothly with sky plus but the multiroom had some issues. The technical department were very helpful and we got there in the end. I really miss it when i'm watching normal TV and can't pause or rewind so beware once you get it you're spoiled forever.
