Decent burns - no coasters.
Bad Points
OEM in my Sony system. Dust magnet, will not do DVD burn at 1X (2X is fine).
General Comments
This drive worked great for over 3 years, then it flaked out - it picked and chose when to work and when not to. Loading Linux Live-CD .iso's started to work erradically. Guess it gave up after 3+ years. My first CD\DVD to crap out in all the years of computing.
