Customer service not 24/7, but responsive to emails and phone messages.
General Comments
Great customer service! Offered suggestions on why how to improve my email campaign. Reviewed my site briefly and offered suggestions for better ROI. Suggested what type of services of theirs to use for linking and targeted traffic. Even told me what would not work because of the type of site I have! I will use them again and again!
Have many types of service for newbies like me and services to help me reach that next level. Used the Article service and my site went from 3/10 to 5/10 in 2 months!
