The staff are friendly even though probably underpaid and undervalued.

Seriously unhealthy (Plastic nachos and hot dogs) over priced stale popcorn & pick'n'mix.

On the whole Cineworld offers a poor service in a competitive market, they offer a lot in advertising but in reality the customer is paying over the odds for what they can get at the local independent cinemas, which offer a better customer service and don't really get bums on seat for blockbuster movies. I have cancelled my subscription to the 'Unlimited Card' as have most of my friends as we realised that the cinema was making money for nothing as most people working 9-5 do not benefit for paying the monthy subscription. Thank you but no thank you it's 'The Trycycle Cinema' from now on...
