Price of vehicles.
Service far from satisfactory.
I went to purchase Renault Scenic (new import) from Motorpoint. Having been advised of part ex-price over the phone in June which was already low I went to change the car approximately 4 weeks later. In this time my present O5 Scenic had to have a replacement dashboard. I had all the documentation re mileage and even had part reimbursement by Renault Uk however when I went to change the car I was told the part ex price was £700 less than I had originally been quoted because of the new dashboard. I understand that the have to be careful due to fraudulent mileage but when all documentation was present I don't consider they are justified. They were already offering bottom price for a good car. The salesman couldn't understand why I didnt go ahead with the purchase. Motorpoint Derby must obviously have plenty of customers who don't care or more likely don't realise Motorpoint want their cake and to eat it.
