Great location. Massive park (400 acres). Loads to do. Great people. No litter at all. Resident red squirrel.

Long queue for check in.
General Comments
I visited the Sherwood Center Parcs as a child and Oasis Whinfell was my first visit back to a Center Parcs for about 10 years. Being smaller back then I wasn't sure if the magic would be there now I'm older. However, it was!! there was so much to do, the pool was fantastic and I spent all day riding around the parc on my bike, just like the old days.
Some people complain about it being expensive for extra activities, but if you plan it right it can be good fun and cheap as well. We did things like the treasure trail and orienteering, which were really cheap, but kept us on the go for hours. We used the pool, which is free, and didn't eat at the restaurants, but in the villa. All in all we probably spent less in the weekend than we would at home! If you eat out all the time do all the expensive activities it can be costly, but take the bikes and make your own fun! It's great.
The villa was great. there was loads of space and it was well appointed.
The magic was still there and I have re-booked for Sherwood Forest.
The best holiday of my life and great value for money I think!
I'll be back.
