Promises to call back which as far as I know we never received.
General Comments
We booked a trip around 3,000 for 3 nights in a 5 star hotel towards US. All was confirmed via mail and suddenly we noticed that they redraw the hotel room. After 7 days phone contact with their client desk they wanted to make a last minute adjustment and put us in a 4 stars hotel. Of course we denied as we already had the payment done for the 5 stars hotel. Finally one of the employees was unhelpful and told us we had to accept the suggested 5 star hotel. We could not believe it and wanted to speak to the manager but it seemed we could just not get put through. Each time we called either 1 minute the manager was in a meeting or out or on vacation all in one phone conversation with the service desk. At the end we gave up and paid a higher room rating over there for a much better 5 stars rating hotel.
Therefore due to my experience I do not recommend EBookers. It is the worst travel organization we have so far personally experienced.
