General Comments

What on earth is going wrong at Norwich Union Direct? Why don't they try phoning as a punter and listen for themselves how frustrating it is. There used to be good points about Norwich Union Direct not any more...their phone service answered by a woman's voice machine is usless. I eventually got through to someone who confirmed there were problems took details of the problem I wanted to discuss my car renewal. Then suddenly I was cut off, they have my telephone no on my current details...so far no call-back. I tried over a long period to get through again, NO LUCK there.
