OK they say they are cheap but they are not really. In my experience Ryan Air has the very worst attitude towards customers who have limited choice available. Their customer service is non existent, their website is confusing, the call centre staff ( £1 per minute BTW) are equally in the dark about policies, they are arrogant, rude and will not receive my custom ever again. Beware paying in currencies other than Euros as Ryan air seem to set themselves a very favourable exchange rate.
The website is confusing and byzantine in it's layout and will catch you out with significant charges should you make an error
Before you book with Ryanair look carefully at alternatives who, they may be cheaper
Beware the baggage charges. Adding an extra bag (for which you will be charged £60) does NOT entitle you to any more weight which is capped at 15kg per person and is charged at a whopping 15 Euros per kilo over
