I placed an order with aktive8.com in April for my trip to Africa three weeks later. They charged the card straight away, and I had to contact them myself just before my trip to find out they had no stock of what I ordered. Luckily I managed to buy everything before departure. However, three months later, I still haven't had my refund. I've had no replies to my Emails yet, and I find by phone it is very difficult to get through. I do not recommend them!
