General Comments

i ordered a 32 inch medion tv from www.woolworths.co.uk on 19th july 2008, and woolworths emailed to say it has been despatched, only to be told when phoned by a courier today(a courier that is unknown to me, and apparently not trackable)that it will be tuesday at least before i get it, when i buy online nearly everything is next day, so why the time delay?
a) I don't know what courier is delivering so I cant track it
b) I cannot find a number to telephone for online shopping
c) Email says that email sometimes wont be answered for days
d) The messaging contact form I submitted hasn't even been answered yet

I think this is just outrageous for a large online store, never in many years of online shopping have it experienced this, never never again.
