Good Points

Helpful when asked to help with completion of forms over the telephone.


Bad Points

They may have lost paperwork sent to them. Took far too long sorting out payment of the policy. Unable to talk to the same person - I would like to stress that this is not the fault of the staff but the fault of the company - call centres are not good for staff or customers!


General Comments

The most distressing part of the whole procedure was being given different figures as regarded payment of pension plan, then by the time it had been sorted out the figures had dropped by around £100.00. Now nearly the end of July and have been trying to get this finalised since beginning of June. Still not finalised - has cost a fortune in phone calls. I will look elsewhere.
