Good Points

The only good point was price. But this point has no value if you cannot get the goods for that nice price.


Bad Points

Processing of my order seemed slow, do not appear to have automated processing, even credit cards seem to be processed manually, received no active communication, unbelievable restrictions about accepting credit cards, order cancellation without notice, closing support tickets without waiting for customer's acceptance, good looking offers of old stuff, customer service.


General Comments

After placing an order I received an automated response called "order confirmation", mentioning that it will take 24-72 hours to process. I waited one day, then checked the confirmation once again and was surprised that this was not really an order confirmation. It was just confirming that I placed the order, but not that it was accepted. I discovered they require shipping address to be same as billing address. So I called them asking if they can resolve this. First I was told that they cannot accept international credit cards. When I said I am forced to order from a different company, the salesman asked me for confirming validity of the card by sending my ID, and assured me everything will be fine. Then I received a response to my support ticket, confirming I will get a tracking number in 48 hours. I did not receive it in 3 days, so I re-opened the ticket. Then they closed it again, with a 2-word response: "order cancelled". They cancelled my order without even letting me know. I called them again and after waiting 15 minutes on phone their rep told me my order was cancelled because the ordered stuff was not on stock any more. When I checked 1 minute later, all the stuff I wanted was marked as on stock on the website.
I seriously warn anyone against ordering anything from this company. Besides the fact that they apparently offer 5 year old models of lenses without seemingly mentioning that they are not the most recent models, processing orders and communication with customers is at a level I definitely would not want to experience again.
