Receiving apology flowers
Sent me an email looking like they are sending me the funeral flowers rather than an apology bunch so I got very confused, thinking they were sending me the order.
I experienced poor service from Interflora.
Did not deliver the funeral flowers due to 'human error'.
But in this situation the flowers must be delivered on time!
