I like the card for the free stuff that you get with it.
General Comments
I have never missed a payment on my New Look Store Card and I always pay the bill in full. Hvaing said that this last 2 months I have been charged interest even though I haven't even been spending the on the card, and NO I haven't had it stolen. Extremly poor service I will no longer use New Look to shop in.

Why don't you phone the ikano customer services then if this is happening to you, it hardly seems like it is the fault of the New Look staff. If you are being charged interest on nothing you should ring them up and refuse to pay if this is really the case. This also happened to someone I work with and we are both New Look staff, the card company and New Look are two different companys. You need to be firm and stand your ground with the people on the phone but it will be sorted out.
