Good Points

I cannot believe all tye complaints - on the whole I have extrmely good service from Sainsburys


Bad Points

there does seem to be a bit of a problem with the webside not taking the password.


General Comments

What more can I say about Sainsburys Internet Banking other the above? On the whole I am quite satisied and if there is some problem the telephone it always quickly answered and the problem soon solved.
