I paid for a service I have not yet received.

General Comments

The website takes your money up front. The instructions are non-existent and extremely frustrating. I paid for subscription and three single tracks, which I was unable to listen to it seems? I thought I could download a jukebox and retain the tracks I had purchased, with a view to burning them on to a DVD. This is not the case.~ I do not recommend HMV.co.uk and now I am out of pocket.
