Good Points

Good value business banking, especially for FSB members (Federation of Small Businesses).

Bad Points

General Comments

What else can I say? Internet banking is frankly appalling - the worst banking website I have had the misfortune to encounter. Despite continued reassurances that it is going to be improved, it doesn't get any better (I am now talking about over a couple of years!).
