Good Points

My wife and I liked everything about the entire cruise. The ship is clean, food is brilliant and plenty of choice, even to satisfy the most fussy of people. If people moan about the choice of food and the quality then there must be really hard to please. Whilst on board there are plenty to occupy to most difficult of people, or if its sunbathing you want, no problem. Drink prices are about equal to pub prices.


Bad Points

Like some reports state, people moaning about having to carry their trays in the restaurant. If that's the case then don`t book an Ocean Village cruise, go elsewhere.


General Comments

I cannot wait until the next cruise, I shall certainly book another one with Ocean Village. Its very easy going, no need for all the dressing up lark, plain casual smart clothes are all you need on OV. Maybe we did experience the best and worst of cruising. On route to Palma from Corsica the weather turned a bit rough, eighty percent of the ship were feeling sea sick and not many turned out for their evening meals, nor did they go to any of the bars. People who were experienced cruisers spoke of those conditions as the worst they had experienced, so ourselves have tasted the good and the bad.
This cruise was for our Pearl Wedding anniversary, room in a great location and great to wake up somewhere different each day. Certain trips can be done by yourself, but we only booked one and that was to Florence and Pisa.
The ship is clean, the staff are brilliant and the entire cruising experience has me now firmly in its grasp.
