General Comments

I would not recommend Interlink Express Courier Service at all. I missed delivery of my parcel, phoned the company and explained that I missed the parcel and could it be either re-directed or delivered again - It was like I was asking for the moon. The customer service representative, I thought, was rude, abrupt and overall most unpleasant. Four phone calls later I still haven't got my parcel. No-one phones back when I leave my name and number and consignment number. Does anyone care?
