Lost, or at least very delayed parcel. Customer services.
My Wedding dress left New York via USPS international mail express a fortnight ago. 2 days later it was in the UK at Parcelforce international hub 'awaiting customs charging' and has been that way ever since.
When I call up to enquire the staff seem concerned that it is taking so long for my parcel to be processed but don't actually do anything about this. They say they can't find it, so do I presume it is lost?
I get married a week on Saturday, and have told them this, but they do not seem interested. I have been told that I would be called back on more than one occasion, to no avail. When I have called back I am unable to get through, or the contact in question 'is busy, but is following it up'.
