Saw the advert for a 14 piece knife set which sounded of good quality and it came with various promotional implements. The knives arrived along with the promotional implements in good time.
Bad Points
Item faulty, struggle to get customer service regarding.
General Comments
One of the Jean Patrique promotional implements (the melon baller) was faulty so I emailed the company with pictures displaying the fault. 4 emails later and I have still to receive a satisfactory response. The last email response I got stated that they could not locate my address - how did they send it to me in the first place then?
I will certainly never recommend this company nor use them again myself.
