I would stay away from Talk Talk if I was you.
Once I got into a 18 month contract and they took my money, little was don to resolve problems which seem to me to be company generated.
I had problems getting my Broadband set up due to a problem with my MAC code, this took 2 months to resolve after many phone calls. I'm still trying to resolve the fact that I can't register for an on-line account which has dragged on for 6 months. I am also being billed for my "Free Broadband" because my local exchange has not had the necessary work carried out, should off been done in April. So instead of saving money, I now pay £17 more!
